The house is quietly and very privately located at an altitude of around 580 metres and offers sweeping views of the Atlantic from the west-facing terrace. An additional south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy the island’s mild climate outdoors all year round. The accommodation includes a living room with an integrated kitchenette and dining table, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and bidet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two additional guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV with German channels, heating and a fireplace. The terrace is furnished with seating, sun loungers and a barbecue. In addition, guests have access to communal facilities on the extensive grounds such as an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, tennis court, meditation area and other leisure activities.
