The cosy house is located in the southwest of Tenerife, above the town of Alcala at around 100 m above sea level. It belongs to a finca with a total area of approximately 10,500 m². The grounds are laid out in terraces and therefore offer wonderful views of the impressive landscape and out to the sea. You are surrounded by banana plantations and beautiful mountain scenery. The lovely garden is planted with exotic fruit trees, and guests are welcome to taste the fruit. The great pool area offers unique views of the cliffs of Los Gigantes. There are plenty of sun loungers, parasols, a bar and an outdoor shower with warm water. The heated pool contains chlorine-free salt water. From the finca, in a very quiet location, you can reach the town of Alcala and a beautiful beach in about 700 m. Guia de Isora is about 10 km away and the Abama golf course only about 5 km. The house has a large covered furnished private terrace. This holiday home has a total living area of about 40 m² and is suitable for 2 holiday guests. It has one bedroom with a large double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils for everyday use. The living area consists of a sofa, a chest of drawers with satellite TV and access to the private terrace. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. In about 700 m you will find the town of Alcala with a wide range of shops and restaurants
