The approx. 2,000 sqm plot is beautifully landscaped with various terraces and a tropical garden. From here you have a unique view of Mount Teide, the Teno mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. This part of the island is very well known for its geologically and botanically interesting hiking trails. Especially in spring, you will be delighted by the nearby nature reserve in the Teno mountains. The holiday apartment has a living area of about 95 sqm and is suitable for four people. It is furnished in Spanish style, very inviting and spacious, with parquet floors and rugs, comfortable armchairs and an open fireplace. In the living room there is a large dining table for 4-6 people, as well as a pull-out double sofa bed, a modern flat-screen TV and internet access. The bedroom with a large double bed also has parquet flooring. The bathroom has a large corner bathtub.
